He had the elk and I had a New York Strip. Both were cooked to perfection and the accompaniments supported the flavors of the meat without calling attention to themselves. I enjoyed a beautifully assembled spinach salad and my husband had the vegan brookie dessert (he’s obviously not vegan but necessarily stays away from dairy). Justin provided exemplary service worthy of the finest of fine dining restaurants anywhere in the country.
