The food was perfectly prepared and energetically served. Definitely California cuisine at its best. It’s one of the only spots in Carmel where you can get authentic Italian food with Italian flour pasta and ingredients from Italy - made by an Italian chef. I’ve been to Italy many times and this tastes like the rustic, clean, absolutely delicious dishes I’ve had there.
