Each course was excellent, and the total amount of food was perfect. The chef has a sense of humor, dishes were often plays on better known dishes. For example, they had a course with heirloom tomatoes, meet bacon, a sour bread foam, and a lettuce granita—in other words, a wedge salad! 😀. The grilled Pork prime rib was outstanding,perfectly prepared and a first for me. Sides were fresh and savory. Specialty drinks were flavorful and uniquely concocted.
