⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – An Exceptional Dining Experience! WOW! What an incredible experience at Char Blu! From the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left, the service was absolutely impeccable! We were greeted by the sweetest hostess, who took a moment to genuinely welcome us and visit with us. What a wonderful first impression! We enjoyed a drink at the bar while waiting for our guests, and the bartender was fantastic—friendly, engaging, and so much fun to talk with. Once seated in the dining room, the exceptional service continued. Our server was outstanding! He took the time to explain the menu and specials so thoroughly that we felt completely confident in our selections. And the food? Absolutely incredible! Everything was prepared beautifully and was every bit as wonderful as the service. There are other well-known steakhouses in the area, but Char Blu truly sets itself apart. Exceptional food is important, but exceptional service is what makes a dining experience unforgettable. Char Blu has mastered BOTH! It’s refreshing to visit a restaurant where every single person you encounter makes you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. We cannot recommend Char Blu highly enough! Five stars all the way around! We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful lunch with friends trying new foods. The plates were delicious and generous. Service was great and our server, Tatyana, explained all of the dishes for us and answered all our questions.
