That is what makes the Bison burger. That is the best mustard I have ever had. My daughter says the same thing about it. She was disappointed too. I went with friends on Friday for my birthday and we were all dressed up and the vibes were super good! A lot of people were dressed more on the fancier side but you could go in casual. The food portions are smaller and the prices are high but we went for the drinks and atmosphere. Service was quick and friendly, they allowed us to get in sooner than our reservation was for.
