Every single dish delivered a symphony of incredible flavors: Sweet Potato Ceviche: A stunning balance of bright, zesty, and tropical notes the coconut leche de tigre brings a creamy, citrusy punch that cuts through the richness of the avocado, perfectly balanced by a clean kick of serrano and paired with crisp pasta chips, fresh guacamole, and cucumber aguachile. Ribeye Chicharrón: Wonderfully savory and ultra-crispy on the outside with a melt-in-your-mouth richness, delivering deeply satisfying, bold flavor wrapped up in warm corn tortillas.
