We had Gary and Rosella Franscioni (Owners of Roar Wines) take us through various wonderful wines from Roar vineyards. The food pairings were magnificent prepared by Andrew- Carmel Valley Ranch's Executive Chef. We sat outside overlooking Carmel Valley Ranch's vineyard. It was a little cool but we were too busy enjoying the food and wine to notice. There were 5 courses and the service was impeccable.
