We offer a modern Pan-Asian omakase menu featuring warm and cold appetizers, seven pieces of nigiri, handroll, soup, and dessert. Our menu will change three times a year to reflect ingredients that are at their peak, giving a well-thought out dinner experience.
What to expect:
* Cancellations: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation to avoid a 100% charge.
* Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): A 100% charge applies, as food preparation is already underway. Exceptions may be made at the chef’s discretion—please call us.
* No-shows: Failure to arrive without notice will incur a 100% charge.

* There are two seating per night. The dining experience is 100 minutes. To ensure a synchronized service for all guests, please arrive promptly.

Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

She then ordered a lasagna, and I ordered a Rigatoni Bolognese special. Both were excellent, but the portions were large, so we ate half and took the rest home. To finish, we shared an ornately served tartufo, and I finished with a single espresso. The service was friendly and professional. The staff answered all of our questions. The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made us feel right at home throughout the entire meal. As for the food everything was authentic, fresh, and beautifully prepared. From the delicious homemade pasta to pasta fagioli, every single dish nailed the flavor perfectly. If you are looking for amazing Old World Italian food and phenomenal hospitality in New Jersey, this gem is a must-visit.
