It’s been that way since Drago & Klara Cvitanovich opened our restaurant in 1969. They set out to offer delicious seafood and a good time to guests for a reasonable price. At that time, they couldn’t even imagine how many guests that would become.Today it’s still a family atmosphere. Klara is still at the front to greet our guests.     I was in New Orleans for a conference and our party of five had a team dinner at Briquette. It was a fantastic experience: delicious food, attentive service, and an atmosphere conducive to conversation. Just a few minutes from the Riverside Hilton and we felt safe to walk at night. Highly recommend - would definitely return!

    We had a wonderful dinner. Everything was delicious. Our waiter Jimmy was absolutely thrilled delightful. He really made our evening so special. The service was fantastic and our dinner was great! Jimmy suggested the white chocolate bread pudding. It was the best bread pudding we have ever had. We can’t wait to go back. Restaurant Rebirth is one of our new favorite places to dine.

    Easy Virtue was outstanding! The staff was friendly and professional, and Senior Food & Beverage Operations Manager, Eric Solis, went above and beyond every time. I’ve dined here, brought clients, and hosted a client appreciation event-all with exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
