Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Mandalay Bay Resort

Wonderful! Food was exceptional we got several of the dishes including the meatballs which were everyone’s fav! The purified Paloma was one of a kind!

Our first visit everything was enjoyable from the atmosphere to the service provided by our server Madison and the food was amazing I can se why on a Monday afternoon at 230 it was packed reservations are recommended we tried the branzino meatball appetizer Caesar salad spaghetti with meatballs the mushroom pizza kale salad and absolutely save rooms for dessert the basque cheesecake was a delicious way to end a fabulous meal

WONDERFUL!! Everything from start to finish was excellent!! Can’t wait to go back!

We loved this restaurant!!! October 13th and 14th 2026 Cosmopolitan Hotel Zuma restaurant 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan hotel Atmosphere cool 😎 with fancy wood walls. 3 open view kitchens. Robata meat is charcoal-grilled meats (and sometimes seafood/vegetables) cooked Japanese style over a special high-heat charcoal fire. 9/10 rating 10oz Wygu steak 8/10 rating Sweet corn 🌽 Michelle’s had some spice on it that wasn’t good. Too spicy. 7/10 rating Roasted potatoes 8/10 rating Miso soup 8/10 rating Edamame
