We’ve been coming to Al Solito for years. We have our own personal favorite server, Alfonso, who makes the evening even more special every time. Food is outstanding ambience outstanding. Management does an incredible job and I can’t stress enough to request Alfonso, his memory for your order, his attention to detail details and professionalism is unmatched.

We had drinks at the bar before dinner and Adrian was A+ and made us feel like family, he's definitely a keeper! Our meal experience was so good because of the staff and quality of the food. Maria served us and did a great job keeping tabs on us and making great recommendations for our meal. The food came out quickly and cooked as requested, hot and tasty. I tried the backyard burger with onion rings and it was perfect. The wife had the blue cheese burger with a salad and was very happy with the meal.

We loved this restaurant!!! October 13th and 14th 2026 Cosmopolitan Hotel Zuma restaurant 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan hotel Atmosphere cool 😎 with fancy wood walls. 3 open view kitchens. Robata meat is charcoal-grilled meats (and sometimes seafood/vegetables) cooked Japanese style over a special high-heat charcoal fire. 9/10 rating 10oz Wygu steak 8/10 rating Sweet corn 🌽 Michelle’s had some spice on it that wasn’t good. Too spicy. 7/10 rating Roasted potatoes 8/10 rating Miso soup 8/10 rating Edamame
