Salmon dish (grilled) with steamed broccoli and subbed baked potato was excellent. The hubs had the beef dip. It was tasty, but a little too salty for our taste buds. The highlight of the evening was our fantastic server, Ronny. He was knowledgeable about the menu, restaurant and the surrounding neighborhood. A very delightful young man who was engaging and "spot on" with his service to our table. We gave a generous tip and encourage the management to give this enterprising young man a promotion!

We pre-ordered the full plate short ribs, chili oil and jam bing, and heirloom tomatoes as well as the Yuzu Medicina cocktail, which is a refreshing and sophisticated mix of flavors. Everything was excellent from the moment we were greeted to the time we left. Service was attentive without being invasive or pretentious. The food blew our minds especially the balance of flavors of the heirloom tomatoes and the rich unctuousness of the short ribs and included beef fat fried rice. The three of us have healthy appetites and were stuffed. There were even leftovers. The short ribs are recommended for 4-6 hungry people, and they were not joking. Overall, it was a satisfying and pleasant experience. It is also quite reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of food and beverages. I drove up to L.A. from San Diego for the weekend and will gladly make the drive to go there again.

Came for the coldest martini in LA and left loving everything about the experience! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was amazing, and the martini absolutely lived up to the hype. A great spot for an unforgettable night out. Can’t wait to come back!

Lively experience at Rossoblu - so sad to hear that they are closing this year - get out there to support Chef Steve! Our group had a delightful evening of handcrafted cocktails and delicious food, and our group included vegetarians and meat eaters alike! We started with the bluefin crudo, roasted carrots with ricotta, eggplant rollati, focaccia with fava bean purée and olives, the calamari and the meatballs (don’t miss!). Our entrees included the NY strip steak (delicious with cauliflower mash), the porchetta (omg the skin was so tasty!), the tortelloni and the lasagna. Forgot to take pics until we were already knee deep in food! All were tasty! We were too stuffed for dessert but the choices looked amazing and I desperately want to try the chocolate budino with salted caramel!! Such an amazing experience from start to finish. I can’t wait to see what comes next for the owners!

My experience was very outstanding for my first time. Our server Trevor was very upbeat, kind and helpful. He broke down the menu to us which made it helpful for us to choose our dishes. Restaurant had a nice ambience and vibe to it. Would definitely go back in the daytime to check out their brunch/lunch options and environment. Good experience!

Our server Ginger was OUTSTANDING. We had a party of 10 for brunch for my mom's 80's bday and she made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The food was beautiful and delicious and the cocktails were fun and very tasty. The Raymond never disappoints.
