It is hands down my favorite restaurant in Cancun, and I highly, highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The food is outstanding, the cocktails are excellent, and the atmosphere is unlike anything else. We enjoyed the porterhouse steak and Alaskan king crab, and everything was cooked perfectly. The service was attentive, professional, and made the entire experience feel special. What really sets Rosa Negra apart is the energy and entertainment. The fire show, music, and overall ambiance create an unforgettable dining experience.
