Best Seasonal Restaurants in Gatlinburg

Ember and Elm is an outstanding restaurant! Definitely a favorite of ours. Everything is superb from the decor/ambience, menu choices, taste of the food (I had the trout and my husband had the gnocchi), the STAFF - the overall experience was just what we were hoping for. We’ve dined here before and look forward to returning. Thank you, Ember and Elm!!

We arrived a bit early so we had some wonderful drinks before being seated in a nice booth with a view of the river/brook. Our server, Larry, was very personable and made great suggestions for our meal. We started with the crab stuffed mushrooms which were very tasty. Both of us ordered the Wolffish, which had a bit of a lobster texture. It was very good with a lemon cream sauce. The side was acorn squash (yum) and we added green beans and baked cinnamon apples. So good! For dessert, we shared the Mississippi mud pie with coffee ice cream, Oreo crust and fudge. What a wonderful meal and paced well. Larry is the best….ask for him!

Delicious food and beautiful restaurant! The atmosphere was great and welcoming, the service was great and friendly, and all the food was fresh and delicious. Our server Julia was amazing and friendly. She was attentive the whole night. We went right before sunset and got to see some of the views (the restaurant has huge windows all over!). Overall fantastic experience and we are looking forwards to returning soon!

Had the breakfast buffet. Absolutely phenomenal. They had everything I could possible have wanted to eat.
