Best Romantic Restaurants in Dock Junction

Our dinner at Georgia Sea Grill was outstanding. We ordered one of the many choices of fresh catch that was available. My husband ordered his Cajun & I ordered bronzed. Both were delicious! Hannah, our server, did a wonderful job. She was attentive but not too much. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. We will definitely be back on our next visit to St. Simon’s Island.

Our first time dining here and my husband and I loved it! Every dish was phenomenal, we especially enjoyed the redfish special. Our waitress Madi was awesome and a great bartender. We will definitely make The Nest a staple on our future SSI trips!

Excellent experience! The food, service & ambience was very nice and made the evening fun! The Ramen Bowl & Szechuan Noodle Bowl were flavor bombs. The oysters even though small were awesome as the brinyness for the Ga McIntosh & Nova Scotia Bad Boy oysters were fantastic! The Bad Boy oysters were a bit more briny. Also, must have the shrimp ceviche which has micro greens, salted banana chips & guacamole in a bowl together. Will definitely be back

We have eaten here perhaps 4 times over the last month for our annual 4 week visit. We find the food excellent as well as the service. Very good wine list and they make an excellent Manhattan. Couple dished of note. The Margarita pizza. Very thin and crisp pie. My wife loves the Brussel Sprouts and other salads. The lamb lollipops are very good and served medium rare. Four ribs as an appetizer over couscous and some greens.they do very good with fish and sides.

What a genuine treat. In Brunswick for a month and found 1509 by accident. Our first visit was great. My wife's birthday was coming a few days later and after telling the bar staff we are coming back for her birthday and inquiring about vegan options, Chef Chris came out, introduced himself and said he would gladly prepare a birthday meal w/ all kinds of fresh vegetable goodness from a local farm. We were greeted at the door, sat at the bar and had some awesome cocktails. The chef personally brought out our meals. Her vegan meal was truly amazing. He made a roasted corn puree that formed the bed for an assortment of veggies prepared in a variety of ways- cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes to name some. We were wowed at how good it was. I had the meatloaf special and for desert a baked chocolate cookie in a crock dish served with caramel sauce, Ghirardelli chocolate, and vanilla ice cream. 1509 staff went out of their way to accommodate. Amazing food and a great bar. We're here for only a couple of weeks and will no doubt add several more visits on top of the two in a week. Many thanks for a wonderful evening.....
