Have lived in Central FL for 8 years and I miss midwest beef. I also had never been to a Ruth's Chris but had heard many good things. I was not disappointed! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the hostess professional and attentive. Our server ZOE was amazing, and our filets were cooked to perfection and absolutely the best I've ever eaten.
