Best Family Style Restaurants in New Milford

As always the food here is delicious. We always order something different and it never disappoints. Staff is sooo nice and helpful in making suggestions.

This is an UWS fave! The food is always a hit, especially the ragu ramen and the tacos which are phenomenal. You can tell the staff enjoy their work and they have a strong team which leads to excellent service. I also enjoy the great vibe inside the restaurant.

This casual restaurant has been a local jewel for many years. The ambiance is warm and friendly with regulars enjoying excellent and creative cooking and wonderfully curated wine list with reasonable prices and generous helpings. The owner and executive chef Dave Dubarry is a Dobbs Ferry icon. If you haven’t tried Dave’s pork ossobuco, or pasta with ragu you are missing a truly stunning gastronomical experience. We drove up from Manhattan (45 minutes) for an early dinner and were blown away by the food. The 4 course special fixed dinner was $40 pp with an amazing $40 bottle of Syrah from Cortona Italy. I don’t want to create an unreasonable expectation, but, if you have the opportunity to eat here, just don’t miss it.

The food was delicious, drinks were great, desserts were great. Our server Nino was wonderful; we couldn’t ask for anything or anyone better. I highly suggest Maggiano’s. This place was suggested to me years ago, and now I’ve finally tried it. This is the third time this year my family and I have been here; and the year is not over.
