Best Family Style Restaurants in Boerne

Best Quality Daughter is one of my favorite restaurants. Happy hour is a fantastic deal, with half price on classic cocktails and glasses of wine. My favorite cocktail there is the Two Truths and a Rye. All the food is spectacular -- my favorites apps are the brussels sprouts and the mochi dumplings. Fave "family style" entrees are the bang bang noodles, curry shrimp fried rice. Truly, you cannot go wrong with any order! The servers are so accommodating, kind, and friendly. I have been there many times with a smaller group, but yesterday we had a group of 11 and they made us very welcome on the beautiful patio, with tabletop fans. Thank you!

We last ate here on Christmas Eve, and we were lucky enough to be seated with the same waiter, David B. He has made our last two visits absolutely outstanding. The service is top‑tier, and the food is always phenomenal. My husband enjoyed the famous beef Wellington, I had the branzino, and my daughters and son‑in‑law all ordered the steak frites. Every plate was flawless. We’re already looking forward to our next visit—and we definitely won’t be waiting until the holidays to return.

We had a party of 6 and were treated very well on Wednesday. Everyone agreed their food was delicious and portions were ample. Our server was very attentive and her comments regarding the menu items led us to make the right decisions. Thanks Rylie! Highly recommend sitting on the patio and enjoying the Riverwalk ambience.
