Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Dripping Springs

Lutie’s was absolutely outstanding. The pear salad, quail, and chicken were out of this world. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The setting is elegant, intimate, and incredibly romantic. Mary gave Lutie’s a 5 out of 5, which is not easy to earn! She absolutely loved the entire experience. Amazing food, beautiful atmosphere, and a truly memorable evening. Easily one of our favorite dining experiences in Austin. We’ll definitely be back!

We love this place. The food is wonderful (everything we ordered was delicious), the staff is attentive and friendly and the environment is cozy, fun and allows for conversation - without having to talk loudly or having difficulty in hearing a conversation. This was our second time returning to the Salty Sow and it was just as wonderful as the first time. We highly recommend.

Attentive service without interrupting, great pairing and dessert recommendations. Got some attention from the dessert chef who came over to tell us about the desserts we’d ordered and gave us an additional alternate presentation for one of them. We enjoyed our meal and the overall experience.

First time to The Grove with family and friends. Had an excellent dining experience!  if available, get in the main dining area for the amazing views over the Hill country! We ordered the Panko crusted halibut, perfect with mixed vegetables. Karen didn’t amazing job with service, we will definitely be back!
