- GGinaWashington, D.C. Area •8 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 28, 2026This is a gem of a restaurant. Great ambience with views of the water and downtown skyscrapers. The Italian food is all made from scratch. The homemade bread that comes out first, alone is worth the trip. I had homemade veal rigatoni with vodka sauce and my husband had scallops over linguini. Both dishes were perfectly done. We had the homemade pistachio and cherry gelato for dessert. I have never experienced gelato that good before!! It was an appropriately priced evening with such good food. The service was also wonderful.More infoCasa la Luna$$$$• Italian• The Flats•4.7
