The service is always great! We started with the French onion soup -it was so good. I had the prime rib it was amazing . My husband had the lamb and he said it was great. For dessert we opted for the cheesecake so good. If you are looking for a great local restaurant for a date night or just dinner with friends this is the place.

This was our first visit to Malio's and it was amazing. We often stay downtown Tampa when going to see a show at the Straz and this time we decided to do dinner at Mario's. We made reservations for 6pm and were seated in a nice window seat. Given it was Halloween we got to watch people walk by in their costumes. We ordered a very nice bottle of Van Duzer Pinot Noir. My husband ordered the 8oz Filet and I had the Pasta di Mare - we shared the smoked gouda mac and cheese. All of it was absolutely fabulous. For desert I had the Carrot Cake (which I took most of it home). Thanks to everyone at Malio's for making our first visit amazing. We will be back.
