Our experience at Bourbon Steak at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, everything about the evening was amazing. The atmosphere, the food, and the overall experience were truly outstanding.
However, what made our evening so memorable was our waiter, Tyler. His professionalism, attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and outstanding service took our dining experience to an entirely different level. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure every moment was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in what they do and makes their guests feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated.
Great food can make a restaurant worth visiting, but exceptional service is what makes you want to return. Tyler is the perfect example of that.
Bourbon Steak is fortunate to have someone like him representing their restaurant. We will absolutely be returning, and we’ll definitely be asking for Tyler.
