Best Pizza Bars in St Michaels / Tilghman Island

The entire dining experience was superb. We had the kale caesar salad, meatballs, fungi pizza, and olive oil cake. The kale particularly held up well to the dressing. The meatballs were so tender and the sauce was perfect for dipping the sourdough. The mushrooms on the pizza were an interesting mix and the crust of the pizza was chewy and light. One of the best I have had. We paired it with their ranch dressing which I need to have on a salad. Lastly, the olive cake is good but the orange compote was what made the cake. I need it in toast, a biscuit, and scone. I had the spritz which was excellent and very citrus forward and my friend had a mocktail. The staff pay extra attention to detail and to important events in your life. They were incredibly sweet and kind to me and recognizing an important event in my life. I cannot wait to go back and try other things on the menu. The folks next to us got the steak and it looked amazing. ❤️

Naimah (sp?) was AMAZING!! One of the best servers I’ve ever had. She’s a gem, and she made my mom’s and my experience SO special. Thank You, Naimah!!!

We had an excellent meal. The pizza was delicious and the burrata was exceptional. The bartender was so nice and well informed and accommodating. We will come back again and again.

We were able to have a successful Team Business lunch with 10 people. They met all our needs. The food selection was excellent there was something for everyone. The service was on point. We shall return to experience this wonderful place.

I came to MatchBox to celebrate a birthday. My party and I really enjoyed the food, service and staff. Will be returning for future celebrations.
