Delphine is a gem! Amazing and divine! Chef Ludovic Lefevre killed it with these dishes. It was not wasted time at Gagnaire’s kitchen! Chef Zack really does an amazing job of executing them to perfection! Best light crusted branzino ever, mouth-melting aubergines parmesan, chickpeas pigasse smooth on the pallet, ratatouille delish, the olive oil potatoes light and fresh. Service was so attentive and caring. Servers knew every dish so well. Barman has some killer mocktails and cocktails (all the menthe’s and cucumber’s and the lychee). Definitely coming back! Tomorrow! This place is going to be THE new St Tropez hangout for the west coast & baja once all of Costa Palma is sold and the marina is packed.

This is hands down the best food I have had in a long time, amazing service, nicely portions appetizers that were all delicious. So good that I came here 2 nights in a row and everything I ordered was memorable. Highly recommend this place. The burrata appetizer and local tomatoes are a must.

Honesty one of the best dining experiences we have had. A few of us went for brunch one day and loved the food so much we came back for supper. Service was fast and friendly. Portion sizes were generous. Make sure you leave room for dessert!!!

Our evening was very memorable. My Dad’s first time to La Forchetta and he LOVED it. The lasagna was hearty and he had leftovers for at least another lunch. We enjoyed the artichoke app and the Caesar was plenty for all three of us to share. The flavor of the short rib risotto was splendid and my pear, bacon ravioli was excellent. The service provided was, as always exceptional and the server and owner’s timing was on point. We will be back again this trip!! Thanks for making our evening special!

The ambience and location are special. The open air dining rooms are located in a rustic setting in a grand farm. The service is thoughtful and warm. The food is delicious and fresh, not “gourmet” style, more homestyle. We always come back to this wonderful restaurant.

We had heard of Torote through social media but had never been there. We checked it out in advance because it’s a bit off the beaten path. Glad we did. The afternoon we were to visit, there was what appeared to be a massive storm gathering, so we were skeptical about driving “up” the mountain and messaged the restaurant. They immediately responded and said the weather was supposed to be nice that evening. Sure enough, the storm passed quickly. However, we turned out to be the only courageous diners until 2 hours later. We both had cocktails (excellent) a fresh oyster appetizer (excellent) and my wife had a fresh fish dish on rice (excellent) and I had a hours long cooked short rib (excellent)! Our waitress talked us into one dessert, a churro tiramisu Mexican style….so good!! This is a beautiful location with an amazing view of the famous Los Arcos and Cabo Bay. It’s similar to Flora Farms in that it is a community tat has been developed by an American developer. A fantastic evening!!

Palmerio never disappoints. Had the raw oysters and the filet. The filet was in the top 5 steaks I have ever eaten…..and I’ve eaten steak in 60 countries around the world. The staff is exceptional - so friendly, attentive but not overbearing. World class.
