Went for the interesting tapas menu. This restaurant turned out to be a much more immersive experience. Food and ambience were all very intimate. Perfect for a date night.

Stop what you're doing and make a reservation. My friend and I had the most amazing experience at Lola's in La Quinta. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We shared the Ahi Tostadas, Beef Empanadas, and Brazilian Steak Skewers, and every single dish was outstanding. The ahi was fresh and flavorful, the steak was perfectly cooked, and the chimichurri was delicious. The Beef Empanadas were a standout for me—the pastry was incredibly soft and tender, and the filling was packed with flavor. What impressed me most was that each dish brought something different to the table, yet everything was equally delicious. We found ourselves talking about how good the food was after nearly every bite. It's rare these days to leave a restaurant already planning your next visit, but that's exactly how we felt. My friend actually went the next night with her husband. I've been telling everyone about Lola's since I got home and can't wait to return soon.
