Our server, Nicole, was so wonderful, knew all about the menu and its ingredients. She knew the wine list backward and forward and recommended an excellent bottle for dinner. The pasta is always fresh and delicious and one of us had the lasagna, which was incredible. We shared a large salad for the table and gobbled down the fresh, hot, soft bread they kept bringing. The food is Michelin experience with elements of surprises and fine details that make the dishes cohesive and balanced. We tried the prefix dinner menu, the Curator option, and it's out of this world. Every dish is authentic and yet unique. Our waiter, Luca, is kind and genuine. He took the time to go over the dishes and provided references to Tuscany as if we were there. The manager, Antonio, is welcoming and provided a joyful atmosphere. Thank you for a lovely evening!
