    Always delicious! Shared the arancini (fried rice balls) and everything green salad (Bibb, peas, asparagus, pistachios, favas) - loved both. I had the signature lasagna and husband had cioppino (seafood in tomato-white wine broth). The house red wine is perfect! Service stellar. Love this restaurant!

    We had an outstanding lunch experience at Copper&Salt. Dining room was only partially filled so the noise level was moderate and we got seated by the window with a spectacular view of Puget Sound. My salmon burger with fennel slaw was tasty and fun. (I did remove the top half of the bun as I don't like that much bread). My companion had a caesar with shrimp, and she said it was delicious. I would like to return to try their weekend brunch.
