We had a wonderful birthday meal at Carbonara last Saturday evening. The food was fantastic, the service excellent , and the building itself is so special. Despite the heatwave, the staff were in good spirits and really made us feel welcome. The food was beautifully presented and utterly delicious. We will be back !

An excellent experience. Service, Food, and Ambience were all outstanding. The team were very friendly, the food was plentiful especially my dessert and choosing from the 2 course menu it was very good value. I’ll be returning the next time I’m in Liverpool.
