Best Italian Restaurants in Parkwood

Only our second time visiting this restaurant as we are new to the area, but it has quickly become our favourite Italian restaurant. The food is really nice, last night we started with garlic prawns which are just exquisite, just the right amount of chilli and basil and oil. For mains my wife and I shared a Rigatoni Ragu Pasta and a Gnocchi Amatriciana. Gnocchi can be difficult to get right and can be dry doughy if not cooked properly, but I have to say that Fratello served up probably the best Gnocchi I have ever had in an Italian restaurant and combined with the sauces that we had, the meals just exquisite. The only slightly disappointing aspect of the evening was dessert as we wanted to try something different from the usual Tiramisu and Crème Brulé but it turns out there was no with Frangelica Affogato or Gelato so we just fell back to our usual Crème Brulé and Tiramisu. No big deal! I highly recommend this place!!!

We visited Jafa last night and it did not disappoint. The service, ambience and most of all- food was absolutely amazing . Every dish we ordered the calamari , crispy cauliflower and the pasta’s were all so Devine and top quality! The tiramisu for dessert was honestly the best we have tried. The staff were attentive and friendly and the ambience was beautiful for a Friday night dinner out. We will definately be back . Great restaurant

Great little place for a first date. Had live music on the Sunday which provided a great atmosphere. Looking forward to going back again. Lovely staff who are fun
