Took my parents for Sunday lunch having been a couple of times recently and we all cleared our plates. Vegetables were a little softer than my personal preference but the food is lovely. The waitress Emma and young man who was also serving were brilliant. Really glad the pub is dog friendly and because tables are spread out even when it got busier it still felt cosy and noise levels didn't impact.

First time eating here for a good few years since we don’t live nearby and it was just really lovely. Service was efficient and friendly, the menu was difficult to choose from as there is such a great range of options - we ordered the sweet potato and coconut curry and the chicken Caesar wrap which were delicious and filling portion sizes, very nicely presented too. Staff are cheerful and chatty, the pub is cosy and welcoming and we will be back again soon. Highly recommended.

The venue, service and food were all excellent. Friendly and courteous staff. A great pint of beer and good wine (with an extensive wine list). A choice of à la carte or market menu - both had many options. My husband and I ate off the à la carte and chose lobster ravioli and chicken liver parfait to start; bone-in sirloin and rib-eye steaks for our main courses and a knickerbocker glory and the pre-dessert cheese and biscuits for desert. All were exceptional. Our first visit but it won’t be our last. Thank you.
