We attended for a culinary workshop for kids. The treats prepared were phenomenal and the staff and Chef Chris leading the workshop were incredibly patient, friendly, and made for an amazing morning. I have also eaten here and had a great experience. Highly recommend, great local gem.

I happen to be here celebrating my wedding anniversary and we had the pleasure of having Luke as our server. HE WAS FABULOUS!!! It didn't take him long to take our drink order and he was excellent with his suggestion from appetizer, entrée, and dessert. Luke was so friendly and bubbly.. Even though he was busy he didn't forget to check on us but at the same time he didn't overly check (if you understand what I mean). We come here frequently and even though we have been to both locations Gambrills is the favorite. THANKS LUKE!!!

Wow! This place never disappoints. We stopped in later in the evening and had a delicious dinner. We were greeted warmly, seated in a beautiful wine cellar area and graciously taken care of by the service staff. The food was outstanding...we don't normally indulge on a weeknight but the atmosphere got the best of us and we made a night of it with 3 courses in a leisurely 2 hours, not feeling rushed at all by the staff. Just an outstanding experience.

We arrived in the late afternoon. The Lodge was setting up for a couple of parties but the guests had not arrived. The result was a relaxed an quiet start. Our meals, one was the Prime Rib Special, arrived quickly -- even before our drinks. Lodge Management checked to ensure all was well. The service continued to excel. The price, a little high, was well worth it. Once again a very enjoyable experience.
