Best European Restaurants in Catford

Great neighbourhood restaurant with tasty small plates and nice drinks menu

Enjoyed lunch/ visit to The Shard for my husband's birthday. (It was actually a Christmas present from our son and daughter in law). Lunch was delicious (definitely lived up to our expectations). We had the 3 course seasonal menu. Starters were wings (very moreish) and beer battered cod bites (batter was lovely and crispy) For our main we had the smashed burger and French fries ( delicious and very filling). After having a few minutes rest we managed to find room for the vanilla panna cotta with cherry compote and dark chocolate shavings. At the end there was even a happy birthday candle! We had a wonderful experience and would happily come back again. Thank you for an enjoyable meal. We would definitely recommend. The food was piping hot. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed.

Good quality food at a reasonable price. Attentive service.

This was a surprising delight, we had no idea what to expect and it exceeded our expectations wildly. Lovely spot for a nice dinner.

Good food and convenient location close to the Excel conference center. Service was good, atmosphere was ok, a bit noisy for conversations. Value was in line with London restaurants.
