The Monarch is a true local gem. We dined at 7:30 pm on October 22, 2026 and received stellar service. We highly recommend to start with the charred brussel sprouts. The dish was packed with subperb flavor. The frites are superb! We indulged in both the apple pie dish and the chocolate cake, the gold leaf on the ice cream elevated the presentation. I wanted a mocktail, and left it to the bartender to create a drink and it was quite delicious. Our only disappointment is sitting in one of the booths with the curtains - cold air was blowing on us throughout the meal. We wish there had been a way to control the cold air blowing on us and still enjoy the booth's atmosphere. However, it was still a wonderful evening. A shout out to the staff that worked that evening. Thank you for a charming evening.

First time at this restaurant. Server was very capable and attentive to all of our requests. Although on the pricey side, the food was a little different but quite good. We are likely to return in the future.

Based on the limited menu and prices we were expecting a fancy date night and dressed up. It is a very casual place!!! No dressing up required. The food was excellent!

My wife and I tried Committee Chophouse for our 25th year wedding anniversary. Zane, was an excellent server. He went was attentive, gave us great information on what was available on the menu, and had a wonderful sense of humor. The food was excellent from the chef inspired cucumber jalapeno appetizer, to the Asparagus chili soup, the food was excellent. The room was a little loud once it started to fill in, but it wasn't overwhelming.
