Canary House opened this year offering traditional Dim Sum with a more modern artistic twist. The food is not too salty or oily and full of flavour. Definitely the best Dim Sum we experienced in London (so far). We also met TVB chef, Paul Wong 黃亞保 who is the executive chef. The restaurant is difficult to find but we saw Paul's video on tiktok and follow the exact route from Heron Quay. We will definitely go again.
