The meats they serve here are just as good or better quality than any fine dining steak house we have ever dined at and we have dined at every one in San Antonio. The meats come out of the kitchen hot and cooked to medium or medium rare but they will cook them to the temperature you request. For the quality and variety and quantity of meats you get this is one of the very best deals in San Antonio. The salad bar is excellent with a lot more than salads such as ceviche and sliced tuna and smoked salmon and beef stroganoff and bacon and at least twenty more items. They have team table service so you are never waiting for your sole server to come to your table.

The new Downtown location has become a favorite for date night and girls lunches with my friends! I absolutely love the setup, the care and consideration of the staff and management, and most of all the food!

This is a TRUE authentic brazilian steakhouse. From the warm greeting coming into the restaurant. Modern elegance, with a beautiful wine cellar that separates the lounge area from the actual elevated fine dinning area. BEST gastronomic experience of my life! I started with a caipirinha (national brazilian cocktail) and it was as if I was back at Rio De Janeiro -Just Perfect! The salad bar is beautiful. colorful salads, clean and, with plenty of choices. From charcuterie options; prosciutto slices, smoked Gouda, a ginormous Parmigiano Reggianoand wheel off cheese and amongst other things including yummy pasta! But to be honest a person comes here for the meats so to accompanied your steak a person has plenty to choose from and can't possibly complain for lack on options it's NOT a "buffet" it's Rodizio (my humble opinion). Next came the runway of meat selections. House specialty picanha so Juicy and beautifully cut, (the spicy and garlic picanha is just as wonderful) The ribeye so tender well seasoned and you could just taste the great quality and culinary expertise in all the offerings. Do yourself a favor, don't allow yourself to miss out on the greatest chicken leg you will ever eat in your entire life! The cheese with honey, aged filet Tenderloin and by far the most well prepared lamb ever. They're very knowledgeable of their high end wine selection and mixiology. If you know how to appreciate, fine dinning atmosphere paired with QUALITY and high hospitality standards, you know it comes with a distinctive price tag because it's not your average $20 buffet and service and hardworking, genuine people like them is not easy to find anymore and IS WELL worth it. Oh and make room for top shelf Carajillo and dessert! Yummm can't wait to be back.
