We were very happy with everything. The staff was outstanding and David, our main waiter was awesome! We plan to book another meal in the future.

Best dining experience I’ve had in SF bar none. Highlights include the duck liver mousse with financiers which somehow taste like pancakes and maple syrup in the best possible way. The titular state bird is great. The smoked trout dip is a classic for a reason. The ricotta sauerkraut pancake was excellent and reminded me of an uthapam Altogether a fabulous experience and would return!

From the second you step through the door, the atmosphere is absolutely electric—there’s a buzzy, classic vibe that you just can't find anywhere else. ​As for the food? Hands down, the best prime rib I’ve ever had in my life. Unbelievably tender, cooked to absolute perfection, and carved right at the table with all the incredible traditional sides.
