Although my husband couldn't be with us, we still wanted to celebrate by dining at Texas Roadhouse and finally trying the steaks we had been looking forward to. When we arrived, we were informed that the 22oz Bone-In Ribeye was not available at the time. However, the manager on duty (I'm sorry I forgot her name), the chef, and the entire dining staff were incredibly accommodating. They kindly explained that the steak we wanted to order was currently out of stock and that a new delivery was expected to arrive between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM. Even though they mentioned it could take about an hour, we were more than happy to wait. What really stood out was how they kept us updated throughout our visit. We never had to wonder what was happening because they regularly checked on us and kept us informed about the status of the delivery. Thankfully, the wait wasn't long, and the steaks arrived much sooner than expected. I would like to commend your amazing team. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our dining experience a great one. Their excellent customer service turned what could have been a disappointment into a memorable anniversary celebration. Thank you to the manager, the chef, and the entire team for going above and beyond. They truly deserve recognition.
