Michael was our server & was wonderful! We had the Octopus app, and the Veal Scallopini & Braised beef w/ Scallop for our mains. All were amazing, along with the cocktails, the bread & the carrot cake for dessert! Thank you, Juniper!

The highest quality private ownership, service, and food. No better views, and truly a must-do Aspen experience. If you have time for only one restaurant and want a true mountain Aspen experience, make it the Pine Creek Cookhouse. I have a lifetime of Aspen experiences, and this is number one on my list!     Our server (Dodo) made excellent recommendations and provided a warm and pleasant experience. We were greeted with such friendliness, got to meet Caroline (the very lovely manager) and several other staff that gave us a very memorable anniversary dinner. Delicious food - would highly recommend the Elk Carpaccio, Bison Tomahawk and carrot cake soufflé!
