A particular highlight is the monthly signature Regional Tasting Menu, celebrating the rich diversity of Italian cuisine-from the north to the southernmost regions. Each menu features time-honoured recipes paired with complementary wines and is a firm favourite amongst regulars.
Chef Theo Randall’s distinguished credentials include the Order of the Star of Italy, awarded in recognition of his outstanding contributions to promoting Italian culture and cuisine abroad in 2024.
