Husband and Wife team, Dennis Foy and Estella Quinones, are committed restaurateurs who counterbalance each other’s exacting artistic standards. Estella’s passion for design and Dennis’s interest in painting clearly reflects this sensibility.

The exciting twenty-eight seat restaurant d’floret is a modern elegantly-lit stage, featuring an open kitchen and adjoining dining room that exhibit the chef’s dual passions: Foy’s paintings and culinary mastery. The space is accented by a floor-to- ceiling Black Walnut Nakashima panel, lighting by Ayala Serfaty, the Israeli artist, with Arnie Jacobsen modern Classic chairs, finishing the sleek warm welcoming room.

Please note, due to high demand and limited seating, in addition to online holds we require diners call the restaurant to reconfirm your by 12pm day of, or it will not be honored.

Mountainview Chalet never disappoints! The food was absolutely outstanding — flavorful, well-prepared, and served in generous portions that left us thoroughly satisfied. Whether you come hungry or just for a taste, you will not leave wanting more. But what truly sets Mountainview Chalet apart is the service. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, but a very special shout-out is owed to Julio. He is consistently one of the friendliest faces in the room — warm, attentive, and remarkably efficient. It's the kind of service that keeps you coming back. If you're looking for a dining experience that delivers on all fronts — great food, great value, and exceptional hospitality — Mountainview Chalet is the place to be. Highly recommend!

We came to Cree to celebrate Father’s Day - we live relatively close by and have been here many times. This day was perfect - I had asked to sit outside on the patio which we did. It was quiet, comfortable and generally, pleasant. We had appetizers and wine which never disappoints. This place never lets us down. Highly recommend…

The restaurant was recommended by a friend in the hospitality field so we decided to go for our anniversary. The BEST decision we ever made! The grounds made us feel like we were entering an enchanted forest. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival as if we were invited to someone’s home. Our meal was nothing short of magnificent. There was an eclectic selection on the menu and we actually had difficulty deciding what to choose. There was a slight mix up with our appetizers but the staff made up for it tenfold, they couldn’t do enough for us. We opted for the short ribs and the shrimp mofongo and were speechless, both were amazing. The flavors were complex yet so balanced, simplicity at its best. Dessert was the mango cheesecake and banana pudding flambee which were both sinful pleasures. As an enthusiastic foodie I love trying new restaurants, always looking for that hidden gem. Well folks, I found it!

Our fist time at the Pittstown Inn and we will definitely be back. Lovely place, good food and great service. The asparagus soup was hearty and not too salty. The asparagus carried the flavor. We both had the salmon BLT which was well prepared and the fries were some of the best we’ve had in a while.
