   It was a bit disappointing. I had not been in a year when I felt it was so-so and was giving it another chance but I had a mediocre experience there with my husband last night. Food was not the quality that I recall years ago, not even the bread, it was hard and no one even noticed. The petite filet was ok but not worth $50. Everything swimming in butter. Mashed potatoes were not good and the creamed spinach was very liquidy. Just disappointed all around.

   The staff read my special requests and went above and beyond. I’m blind and the assistance they have with placement of items on the table was so very helpful. I got the perfect table with space for my guide dog which was out of the way. Not a single staff member interacted with my service dog and while that should be the standard it’s uncommon in the best way. My food was amazing and the staff know their menu and flavor profiles when it comes to wine. I’ve never gotten a wine suggestion I liked even after expressing my taste that I liked until last night. This is and will always be my family’s go to spot for celebrations. My only complaint is that the glass for the Inniskillin was too small. I certainly needed more! I can’t wait for my next meal. Overall I had a wonderful dinner and highly recommend coming here to all my friends, family members and others looking for a fine dining experience. To any staff reading this, thank you all for the effort you put in. It really shows and people do appreciate it.

   This was my husband's first time eating at Ruth's Chris, and he loved it. As a New Orleans native, I always look forward to visiting Ruth's Chris in different states and finding consistently great food & service wherever I go!

   We have a wonderful dinner with our son. Food was exceptional. It was graduation time and the restaurant was very busy and a little noisy but overall we had a great time.

   There was only one slight disappointment - the "grilled" asparagus is not the best way to cook the asparagus as it turned out dry and coarse - rather the "steamed" asparagus is the way to go, but I forgot that's how they typically prepare the asparagus there and also forgot to ask to have it steamed. Otherwise, 100% perfect.

   Our server Sean was very attentive and made good recommendations. Food was served hot, very hot and I enjoyed my steak but can’t say it was the best fillet I’ve ever had. For the price, an outstanding flavor was expected and I can’t say we got that. It’s a beautiful setting and service was great.

    Service was extremely slow and food was just ok. Had to return one steak due to gristle (a filet) and everything else needed salt and pepper added to it. Caesar didn’t have enough dressing. Dessert was only great item. Disappointing since we used to be a fan of Ruth’s Chris.

    Service extremely lethargic. Never returned to refill water glasses. Bread service took about 15 minutes to reach table. Steak under cooked. Waitress M. didn’t seem to care about us. Have dined at Ruth’s Chris multiple times over the years and they seem on decline. No plans to return in the near future.

    It was freezing in the restaurant. Can't enjoy your meal under those circumstances. Service was a little slow. Food fair only.

    The food has become closer to sub par fir the food we have come to expect from Ruth Chris. The service remains awesome but the food is no longer worth the cost. My filled tasted greasy and the potatoes Augustin is now potato chunks. The bread was great, the BBQ shrimp was okay. The entrees were hot, the appetizers were warm and not hot.

    we spent about $300 ! drinks are good, but I expected something better quality of the steak no great, over cooked when I asked for it medium second thing was no flavor nothing at all not have to put salt it was hard without flavor! That much money I think I can have better steak somewhere else

    Sides were small for the price, lobster bisque was extremely salty and contained no lobster. steak was undercooked, and then to top it off someone who was not my server authorized a double charge on my credit card and told me it take 3-7 days to refund. Will not ever return. Trust me there are better options for the price and quality.

    Wine glass was dirty after filled, had it sent back and 2 no glass had things floating in it. Ordered 2 filets both medium, they both came our very rare. Sent them back and they came back 1 very well done, and the other was not cooked much more we couldn’t eat them. Talked to manager 2 times they comped the meals as we did not eat. And gave us a small gift card to come back and apologized very strongly.

    Very average to below average experience for what was anticipated to be a high end experience and an expensive Mother's Day Dinner. 1. 25 minute wait to be seated 2. Soup was below par 3. Meal was average 4. Bathrooms were a mess Disappointing experience and will not be back. Does not measure up with the Eddy V's type of restaurants.

    Food is always on point with excellent service to match. It was Mother's day weekend so even with reservations we had to wait 35 mins. That is unusual for this location. Been here several times and will return soon.

    Definitely not the experience that I am use to! Steak wasn’t cooked the way I liked. Had reservations and still had to wait. Sat at a table that may of been a walkway for the servers and kept having them bump into my chair every time someone walked by which was very often. Just overall was not a pleasant experience.

    Ruth Chris is no longer a high end restaurant. We waited 30 minutes following our reservation time. Food was very unimpressive for the cost. Very disappointing as this was one of my favorite places to dine.

    Food was not prepared properly. Service wasn’t good. Dining area to congested.Felt like sizzler but WAY more expensive. 2 people bill was over $300.00. I wouldn’t have minded the price but the service and food was not up too par.

    Ruth's Chris delivered their best with our dining experience. We were celebrating my son's 27th birthday and the staff decorated our table and treated him like royalty. Our server, Ashton was very knowledgable and personable. The food was so mouthwateringly delicious!

    Exceptional meal with family on 05/14/2023. Our Server was Anthony. He was the quintessential Server. He was friendly, polite, patient, attentive, kind and considerate. He is clearly the type of asset that Ruth's Chris is fortunate to have. The food was phenomenal, as always. What made the dining experience extraordinary was the stellar service we received from Anthony in conjunction with the incredible meal that we dined on. We were also greeted with a smile and a very warm "Happy Mother's Day" wish from the Manager; which was very appreciated. Can not say enough good things about the experience. It left the whole family happy, more than satisfied and very grateful. Looking forward to the next visit!

    We used to eat at this restaurant a few times a week some years ago when we lived in the area. I made a reservation for 6:45 pm and noted on it that is was my wife’s birthday. At no time was birthday wishes extended. We were sat at a two top next to the doors where a Hilton Vacation Club was hosting a party for timeshare. The noise was ridiculous and my wife on more than five times had to shut the doors which where left open by either employees or guests coming and going. We were finally offered to change tables while we were eating our meal even though we complained numerous times including the manager himself. Our beverages were never refilled from the start of our appetizers which was only iced tea and a lemonade. Our water was refilled once. Our steaks were both ordered at medium rare. One came out correct and the other came out at almost well. Had someone come to check on us we would have said something. We wanted at that point just to get out of there and ate as fast as we could. Our deserts took close to 30 minutes to get and our espressos were served immediately. The server who was very nice said the manager comped our espresso as well as the up charges for deserts. Never knew there was an up charge to begin with. It would seem they cared more for the timeshare group than their customers. Everyone should be treated the same. I will never come back to this location and recommend you call to make sure there are no parties and certainly not seated anywhere near the private room.
