The Butcher’s Daughter West Hollywood is a plant-forward restaurant, bar, juicery, and “vegetable slaughterhouse,” located in the heart of one of LA’s most iconic and vibrant neighborhoods. We treat fruits and vegetables with the same care a butcher would meat—chopping, filleting, and carving fresh produce into healthy vegetarian dishes, while pressing them into vibrant, refreshing juices.

Led by our Culinary Director Peter Philips , our seasonal menu is 100% vegetarian, with many vegan and gluten-free options, all crafted from in-season ingredients that nourish and delight. With an exceptional selection of wines, craft cocktails, and mocktails, we also offer take-out and delivery. I love this place! The food is creative and delicious, the staff are all sweethearts, the place is lovely and comfortable, and it’s got a really nice, relaxed vibe. It’s one of our favorite go-to restaurants for special occasions, but really I want to go hang out every week! Thank you, everyone who took care of us for our anniversary dinner celebration! ♥️

The waitstaff was quite accommodating for the group of eight. The food and beverages were delicious. The space is a little too loud if coming here for a business meeting, but the atmosphere is excellent otherwise. I recommend this location to anybody who wants an energetic way to start your day. Be warned, parking can get complicated. It is recommended to get dropped off.
