We were a group of 5 ladies celebrating a birthday. The Boathouse was empty. We were the only ones on board. It was very quiet and no atmosphere. The cocktails were ok. Several people tried to come aboard for a drink but were turned away for whatever reason. Possibly hadn’t booked but it was literally empty.

An absolute lovely experience . Attentive staff. We reserved seating on the deck ,fortunately their canal boat is positioned where it caught the sundown . We happened to have gone on a beautiful hot sunny day . My friend wanted a suggestion of an alcoholic addition to add to her preferred non alcoholic cocktail as she specifically liked the ingredients in that. Nathan suggestion was spot on , and she loved it ! I took a look below, it was cosy looking , snug tables, very intimate setting due to it being a canal boat A nice and cosy place in the winter to stop and have a tipple, if it's open then.
