    When we got there they said that they didn’t have our reservation since their machine was down. So no points. We were able to get seated anyway

    We asked for a booth but were sat at a table because the next server had no booths available. There were other booths empty. We did not receive the free chips and salsa which we were entitled to.

    I take my father to this location every time I visit in new Jersey. And have yet to have any issues until this past visit. The pot stickers we ordered came out cold, the manager came out and apologized. But then we received our dinner which my father and I upgraded to the 8oz sirloin steak and crispy shrimp. The steak came out perfect and tasted amazing when we received it. But did not realize till we got home we never received the shrimp. We never had an issue like this before and hope to try coming back and hoping the kitchen issue will be fixed.
