Lovely friendly staff. We all ate from the shared surf and turf platters that were delicious. Only negative was that the restaurant was almost empty so little ambience.

It was an excellent night which ended in a brilliant date. Stephan was an amazing host with the right wine advice, the overall service was excellent with top quality attention to customers. Azan was also very helpful and always on the spot when Stephan was serving other customers. Thank you both you made my wife's and my night a treat! Thanks to the chef! The food was exquisite! The 3 of us that went for this meal was to celebrate all 3 of our birthdays in July. Stephan from the restaurant made sure we enjoyed our meal and he even got us some birthday snacks and made the whole restaurant sing Happy Birthday to us. We had the Pre Theatre meal and that was good value. The Surf and Turf - steak was cooked just right and it was good to come with a choice of salad or chips. Being a restaurant attached to a hotel, the set prices are really good value.

Great welcome and informative waiter and drinks order straight away. Sharing platter arrived quickly, all meat and fish were tasty apart from the calamari which was very rubbery. Wine choice good, an excellent night, we did suggest adding Grappa to your drinks choice.

My terrible waitress service we had a celebration and yet we were bombarded every few minutes. In addition to my shock I wasn’t given a bill and was charged unknowingly 12.5% which I would knowingly not have paid and the waitresses were very annoying

It’s always a pleasure attending steak & lobster Marble Arch branch (I have been a few times). The food is amazing. There were only 2 waiters so understandably service was slow at some points. Nonetheless, it was an overall amazing experience
