it was great . Service was excellent . Food was good. Waitress was wonderful. The only bad thing was were by kitchen and it was loud and busy. Not very good at all.

We were going to go to a different restaurant, but ended up missing the reservation and coming here for my birthday. What an awful experience. The restaurant was not busy at all, and it took an hour to get our food. My husband ordered the steak and lobster special. He asked for the steak to be medium and it was well done. We would expect after an hour of waiting for everything to come out perfect. I love crab legs and couldn’t even finish them. Our waitress was unapologetic and fortunately the manager comped our whole meal. This restaurant needs some serious help and it takes a lot for me to write a review like this.

Nous avions une réservation pour 6 pm en arrivant la dame nous dit qu’ils respectent pas les réservations donc premier arrivée premier servi! Elle nous mentionne que l’attente est maintenant de 90 minutes. Nous avons quitté les lieux pour aller manger dans un autre endroit. Je suis diabétique alors j’ai des heures à respecter pour me nourrir. C’est inapproprié

We had a Christmas reservation booked for 6:00 p.m. and upon arrival, we were told that it would be 90 minutes before we could even be seated. This was really bizarre considering we had a confirmed reservation and the dining room did not seem full at all. The host is greeted us with I'm so sorry and told us about the weight and that they only had three cooks because nobody wanted to work on Christmas. It really made us feel bad because this is what we had planned for Christmas dinner and we were sent on our way because of the wait which ultimately ended us up at home with no plan. Also, we noticed that the open table was still taking reservations even though they could not accommodate. I think that they mismanaged Christmas because of we also overheard that they were running out of things and this was at 6:00 p.m. I do not recommend this restaurant If you are truly wanting to stick to a reservation time for a special occasion.

We arrived in Melbourne on Christmas Day, so we made a reservation in advance to ensure we had someplace for dinner that evening. So that said, I am very grateful they were open on the holiday and my expectations were pretty low in terms of service, etc. But the experience was not good. Even though we had a reservation, they were practically closed when we arrived and seemed bothered to seat us. They were out of numerous items, and after one round of biscuits, told us they didn't have any more. They took our order and after literally 45 minutes, the manager came out to tell me they didn't have the baked potato I ordered. The service was very, very slow. Again, I understand it was Christmas day, but if you don't have food and don't want to serve customers, maybe consider not being open. On a bright note, one of my sons thought the $25 steak and lobster deal was great and has been asking to visit a local location.

The restaurant wasnt busy but food & drinks took over 1.5 hours to get out. We had reservations for 7p and didnt get seated until 745p. We ordered 6 meals and 4 of them came out wrong. The table next to us waited over an hour for drinks and left. The server said the kitchen hadnt started on their meals

We arrived at the Melbourne, Florida location on a Friday around 5:30 and is was not busy. When we entered there was a sign with many positions available for employment and there were three young women at the hostess station. We were seated right away, but sat over five minutes before a server came to the table to greet us. We placed our order and the food was delivered but the server never returned until we were almost finished to inquire how the food was. Upon leaving the hostess with the red hair said goodbye to us but never looked up with her eyes which reflected she was going through the motions. There are so many restaurants on that one avenue we will not return to this red Lobster.
