Excellent sever. Food was really good. Restaurant didn't have utensils and crab leg cutters available. Had to wait longer for cutter. Crab legs got cold. Other then that it was a good meal

We have gone to Red Lobster for Christmas dinner as a family and again for Mother's Day, and both times were great! We made reservations and for Christmas we had a wait due to staffing issues, but for Mother's Day we did not. We sat in the far back room both times, and the entrance to the kitchen area could be better kept. Just looks like a dumping ground for all misplaced things. But, the food was excellent!!!

We celebrated Valentine's Day with dinner at Red Lobster. We had an almost hour and a half wait, but the restaurant was busy for Valentine's Day. Our server was fantastic! She took our orders for drinks, appetizers, and entrees all at one time; she was knowledgeable about the menu, and she checked at regular intervals to see if we needed or wanted anything and if everything was to our liking. The food was very tasty, as usual; but hardly any of it came to the table hot. That's not the first time we've experienced this at this restaurant. Overall, we had an enjoyable meal.

Red Lobster was completely unprepared for Valentine's Day. 7:30 reservations were informed the waiting time would be an hour and a half MORE (9pm). We had a drink at the bar and the bartender said food, once finally ordered, would take ANOTHER up to two hours. That would have made the meal time 11pm. We left. 7:30 reservations meant nothing. Will never return.

Our server was having a medical episode and fainted, totally not her fault but the other employees did nothing to help the girl she had been training! We saw multiple older and more experienced servers going about their business with only about 5-6 tables TOTAL in the restaurant. As a server/bartender of many years, it was insane to me. Horrific teamwork. The food was average, about what we expected.

The service was thorough, Angel explained everything very professionally and was on top of what she could control, after taking our order, drinks took forever, salads were great and crispy, food was hot and tasty but the new prices and everything being an up-charge whether it’s a side for an entree or just in general…. Again, the service was the best part, however, due to prices and the slow turnaround times, we won’t be back!

My daughters and granddaughter and I went to Red Lobster for a mother-daughter dinner. The food was delicious (try the jambalaya!), the service was great, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal and our evening.

Arrived at little earlier than our reservation. We were seated promptly with no wait. The atmosphere was inviting and quiet. The food was decent. No complaints.

We arrived on time for our reservation, there was no front desk staff and my dad had to go to the bar after 30 minutes of standing in a line of 25+ individuals. The reason I’m assuming it took so long to seat parties with reservations is because several of the tables were filthy with food on them still, and there were only three waitresses in the entire restaurant, even though they had three people at the empty bar. It took us a total of three hours after being seated. Bad experience overall.
