Horrible experience! We've tried otters 3 different times now because of bonkers comedy club and outdoor bat and pool. Every time service was extremely slow even if it wasn't busy,(waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks!) Servers where unknowledgeable about drinks and food, the food was just not good at all! We love the location and really wish the food and staff were better because we won't return now

Everything went well staff was very friendly. However the next day all of our party ended up having stomach issues and the only thing we all had was the nachos. So I'd say stay away from the nachos.

This was my first time here. I think my expectations were higher than reality. My sole purpose was to enjoy oysters, however, they were out. The shrimp I had instead was cooked correctly. Everyone else enjoyed their meals. I did order a dirty martini and asked what types of potato vodka they had. The server and the bartender thought all vodka was potato. The one they knew for sure was potato was not. So try but have reasonable expectations.
