I have lost money on bets that felt better spent than at Koi Sushi Garden. Our steamed rice was boil-in-a-bag with butter. Our steamed vegetables were reheated frozen food that was waterlogged. Everything about this place was low-rent and trashy. A family of nearby diners allowed their young children to play with a large RC car, and the wait staff did nothing to stop it. For a complimentary New Year’s drink, the waitress brought out a murky orange liquid and told us it was “strong,” but not what it actually was. Disgusting.

Food was good but the service to take order was slow waited nearly 45 mins and was told there were a lot of delivery orders! then there was a misunderstanding when we were told ‘no cider’ instead of the 2 main courses ordered! So we waited and nothing came!! As we had children with us we couldn’t re order. Such a shame as the food good and it was a pleasant evening and the big candle on the birthday cake magic
