About this restaurant

Romantic
Good for special occasions
Neighborhood gem

Love food! Love hospitality! London’s most authentic French brasserie with a sincere love for French food. Be daring with our classic dishes like snail, beef tartare, scrumptious steaks to some sublime seafood and daily specials. We’re showcasing the very best of French wines like our organic house wine made especially for us in Provence. Set in a charming old green house, the elegant layout offers comfort in a chic, convivial and relaxed setting. The décor reflects its surroundings with brown wood-panelled walls and pale green comfortable banquettes, reminding the tones and colours of the nearby common. The antique wrought iron and glass ceiling offers bright natural lights and unique scenery. You’ll enjoy true hospitality with an informal yet impeccable service. GAZETTE Trinity is also a destination for “al fresco” enthusiasts and offers comfortable and tranquil terrace dining.

Booked on Open Table but no record at Gazette. They were happy to accommodate us. A lovely Christmas menu. An excellent start to festive season.

I have brunch here every couple of months, usually in a group of three or four. The brunch menu hits the spot and the environment is great. This time my salmon royale was delivered a bit cold and the poached eggs were slightly overcooked or had congealed waiting to be delivered to the table. The restaurant was busy but that shouldn't really affect its ability to deliver hot food correctly presented. It wasn't a disaster but it wasn't as good as it usually is. To be fair, I should add that my fellow diners had no such problems with their orders.

We had a nice evening with our friends. Food was nice and good choice . But shame we were rushed at the end for the restaurant to close . Bill given, no coffee, tea offered …shame ! Not a nice end touch we will unfortunately remember . Don’t offer 8.30 pm booking if you want to close your restaurant early !

Gazette is excellent for a weekend brunch. There can be a few feral kids running around but that's up to their parents. The staff are efficient and friendly and the food is very good.

Gazette is one of my neighbourhood favourites. It's just great! Food, service, surroundings, everything here works so well. I always look forward to eating here and leave feeling satisfied, as do my guests. Keep up the good work!

Food is always very good at Gazette Trinity, and this was no exception. We had the lamb rump and the scallops. As with most restaurants, I would say it's beginning to lose its "value" status for me. But overall a very pleasant experience.
